If you do find you need to return an item please be assured that
we always strive to make sure you are happy & satisfied!
Miss Ethnic gladly accepts unused merchandise that bears no sign of wear or damage.
You may return your item to our United Kingdom (UK) address if this is easier for you.
Please Email us first to let us know what's best for you.
Return Article Number (RA)
Customers must obtain an RA (Return Article) Number from us before merchandise can be returned.
Customers may Email or phone us (See Contact Page) to obtain an RA number for their item.
Nonreturnable Items
Any item which is customised in any way, or which is a vintage or one-of-a-kind piece, will be a final sale. All sale items are also a final sale.
Refunds / Exchanges / Credits
Once we have received the returned garment, we will credit your account, do an exchange or issue a shop credit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for returned or exchanged items.
Return time period:
Merchandise may be returned for exchange or credit refund within SEVEN days of your receipt of purchase. Returns will not accepted after the specified day from receipt. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Return shipping costs:
Shipping costs are paid for by the customer.
