This skirt is made in India, it is brand new. It is a funky wraparound, bohemian ethnic hippy skirt, made from rayon with embroidery lace all over this skirt and top/blouse. The top with V neck, ruffled lace around the hem. It's a wraparound skirt, it would fitx many waist size. Just one off.
