This is a vintage ethnic 70's maxi strapless or adjustable shoulder straps maxi dress. With lace cutwork trim around the ruffle neck and broder hem line. This dress is original vintage, an elasticate on top of the bust and on waist. Could be worn as adjustable shoulder straps or as a strapless, or as a halter neck dress as well. In great vintage condition. Made from cotton lace trim.
