This is original vintage silky chiffon balloon sleeves polka dot maxi dress, pleatted on the bodice neck to waist, deep V neck, an elasticate empire waist. Long balloon sleeves. Back zipper with lining. Made from silky chiffon. It's in great vintage condition.
