This skirt is made in Thailand, it is brand new. It is a funky bohemian ethnic hippy A-LINE PANELED WRAPAROUND sarong skirt, with adjustable ties waist, 4.5" waist band, it would fit many waist sizes, made from 100% recycle silk. It is A-LINE cut, flared hem.
