This skirt is made in INdia, it is brand new. It is a funky bohemian ethnic long flared paneled hippy skirt, with waist band (front) an elasticated (back). With 4 side bottons. made from rayon with embroidery lace around border hem. (in differents type and pattern). This skirt had attach small skirt as well. Very differents design from others. Just one off.
