This vintage 70's style party day sun dress is made in Thailand. It is brand new, made from 100% light weigth cotton, With ruffled along from top of the neck to hem. U neck (front), an elasticate (back). With adjustable shoulders strap. This dress had so much detail of work on it. Just one off.
